1. Please allow at least 48hrs of processing time for orders to ship

2. All items are shipped USPS priority mail ( 2-3 days delivery after processing)

3. After an order is placed, it can not be cancelled.

5. If customer receives an item that is defective, only exchange for that same item is allowed within 7 days. If item is not in stock, customer will receive a boutique credit.
